Email Terminology and usage

Email is an electronic mail. It is like sending letter. Email has some components or terminology. Please refer below,

From : From used to have the sender's mail id.

To: To used to provide the receiver's mail ID

CC: CC is Corbon Copy. This also used to provide the receiver's mail ID but this mail id person does not need to respond, just to make know. CC mentioned mail ID is visible to all the CC mail IDs and TO.

BCC: BCC is Blind Corbon Copy. This is only used when other receiver's do not see this receiver.

Subject: Subject is one line that reflects inner meaning of the mail. It should be concise and easily understandable

Salutation: Salutation is greetings to the receiver(mentioned in TO)

Body of the mail: Body of the mail is comprehensive content about the topic that wanted to send.

Attachment: If any document want to send let's attachment in attachment so that it can be sent along with mail.

Email Signature:
Email Signature has to add at end of the mail and that should be From mentioned mail ID's
